Lou Penrose has more than 25 years of senior political, legislative, public relations, and broadcast radio experience.  As a senior advisor and staff director to three members of the Untied State House of Representatives, Lou Penrose gained a unique and nuanced ability to transcend complex policy into concrete solutions and deliberative action.

As District Chief of Staff for U.S. Congressman John Campbell, U.S. Congressman Ed Royce, and U.S. Congresswoman Mary Bono, Lou Penrose directed his team of legislative aids and advisors to communicate public policy clearly with the voters in California. He oversaw true elimination of government red tape and guided real reform, resulting in re-elections by significant support of the people for his bosses.

Lou Penrose also has extensive radio broadcast experience including hosting a number one rated morning radio news talk program. As Director of News and Talk Programming for his division, he lead a team of radio broadcast journalists to three Golden Mic Awards from the Radio & Television News Association of Southern California.
